If you have a problem but the vehicle is still safe to drive, simply arrange a time to drop the car off. We will run through the same 1 – 2 – 3 approach to get the problem fixed. If not sure whether it is safe to drive – please give us a call and we can talk you through it over the phone!
As with all work that we do if we find anything that might impact on the overall scope or cost, we will immediately stop the work, re-assess and then touch base with you to ensure you are kept fully in the loop.
