Our purpose
We typically look after vehicles from our local area, including but not limited to, North Melbourne, West Melbourne, Kensington, Yarraville, Seddon, Carlton, Travencore, and Flemington.
Our premises are close to Melbourne CBD and well served by Public Transport.
We are located very close to Macaulay Train Station, as well as a tram stop only a two-minute walk away that takes you into the city. This provides easy access for city workers who wish to drop off and pick up their vehicles on their way to/from work.
Chris acquired MNSC in 2018 and looks after the day-to-day operations. Not your typical workshop owner, Chris has a career spanning Mechanical Engineering, Consulting (within the engineering, asset management, retail and logistics sectors), and Investment Banking. His passion is not just the vehicles, but for making sure that vehicles on our road are safe, and that customers get a great outcome.
Chris came up in a car family. His father (David) raced a Lotus Elan and was a significant part of the racing community.
Chris also completed a ground-up mechanical restoration of a 1958 Austin Healey which remains as the family ‘fun’ car.
He has driven in a number of Formula 1 Driver parades. The highlight was driving Kimi Raikonnen around the track immediately before a race.

We are a VACC Authorised Automobile Repairer and Tyre Dealer. Our association with the VACC allows us to stamp vehicle manufacturers log books without voiding your new car warranty. This provides confidence for our customers that we have had 3rd party audits and are assessed as suitable for acceditation.
